Hello my name is Jodie Silverman I am a Fine Artist, Art for Wellbeing Practitioner and creative encourager who has been facilitating creative courses for well over a decade. I am passionate about the power of creativity and love helping people tap into their creative potential. I believe strongly in the beneficial impact art making can have on mental health and wellbeing.

 

A thoughtful introvert by nature, I love getting lost in the creative process and helping others to do the same. I believe that art is for everyone, even those who have never thought of themselves as creative.

I am currently offering high quality 1-2-1 facilitation that will help you to explore your creativity and unlock your creative potential.​

 £40 per hour

I aim to make all of my courses accessible and inclusive as possible and have a strong focus on creative play, exploration and the innate value of engaging in the creative process.

You can bring along your own materials or, for a cost, a material bundle can be put together for you.

​Art making offers a myriad of benefits including aiding relaxation by creating a sense of flow and offering a valuable space to reflect and create meaning. Engaging in creative play on a regular basis can help you to overcome creative blocks and perfectionism which is a common problem for many people.
